Membership FAQs
Will it be a monthly payment or the full amount due upfront when signing up for a member membership?
Yes, payments will be a recurring monthly of the certain membership package you choose from!
How can I book the studio?
You can book your hours in the Jammed website. Login to the jammed website and book your next session.
How does a membership work with a company?
If you are a company, please email us to discuss how you can best take advantage of the membership! We highly recommend for content usage and hosting events!
Is there sharing with other businesses or photographers?
The VIP member must be present anytime the studio is being used. If there are sharing or sold hours without the VIP being present during the hours of being used, the VIP Member will be responsible for any issues that may occur.
Can I roll over hours if I do not use them all?
To ensure all members have quality access to the booking calendar, we have set some limitations on how many hours you can book each month and per day: You have a total of set hours from the given 3 packages you can choose from X amount of hours that you can utilize during your 3,6 or 12 months of membership that starts the date you join.
The maximum number of hours you can book in any given month is 10 or 15 hours. (given your membership package). The maximum number of hours you can book on any given day is 6 hours.If you neglect to use your full 30, 60 or 100 hours during your 12 months of membership, we do not “roll over” those hours into the following year or months.
