STUDIO RULES

Failure to comply with the following rules will result in subjective fees outlined below and/or being banned from using the studio for future use. The studio is protected by 24/7 video surveillance. 

  • Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental. 

  • There is absolutely no smoking, vaping or drug use permitted within the building. Violators will be asked to leave and subject to a fine. No refunds will be issued. 

  • There is no drinking (alcohol) permitted within the building without written pre-approval. Violators will be subject to a fine. You may seek pre-approval for alcohol by emailing us at [email protected] prior to your booking. 

  • Clean up after yourself after every booking (sweeping and/or mopping the floor, taking the garbage out, etc.) Leave the studio as you would like it seen when you arrive for your booking. The painted floors will get dirty very easily so please make sure you spot mop them after you are finished. You will be subject to the cleaning fee outlined below if you do not clean up after yourself.

  • No pets or animals allowed in either studio. 

  • All small and/or hard to clean material (feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require prior approval from management. 

  • No glitter or confetti allowed. You can submit a request via email for special consideration, but approval is not guaranteed. No lit candles or open flames in studios at any time. 

  • No nails or pins in the walls or backdrops. Do not hang anything from the ceiling or walls. 

  • Let management know of any repairs, maintenance, cleanliness concerns, or damage in the studio immediately. 

  • Do not drag furniture across the floor. 

  • You are welcome to bring your own equipment or props into studios as long as they do not damage any portion of the studio while bringing said props in, taking them out, or moving them around within the studios. 

  • Make sure the door is locked when you leave by locking the door with a key and placing it into the lock box and locking the lock box.

STUDIO Policies

  • Full refund only for cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48-hours before the start of a rental. 

  • No refund for cancellation or reschedule request made less than 48-hours before scheduled rental. No refund for VIP hours for cancellation or reschedule request made less than 48 hours before scheduled rental. 

  • There is a 15 min grace period for overtime after which fees will accrue at the applicable rental rate, billed in hourly increments. 

  • Renter is responsible for any damage to Studio property, furniture or equipment that occurs during the time Renter occupied the premises. 

  • EMRE Collective Studios will not be held liable for any personal injury. You are solely responsible for the members of your group and their safety and well being. 

  • Each studio comfortably accommodates up to 15 people at a time. If you wish to have more than 15 people in one studio, please email us at [email protected] to request permission. With approval, the absolute maximum capacity is 20–30 people. 

STUDIO policy fees

If failure to comply with the above rules and policies, you will be notified and auto-charged with the following:

  • Cleaning Fee: $200 (per studio). 

  • Damages Fee: Starting at $250 depending on the extent of the damages. (Please note: Smoking or vaping in the studio will result in charges for both cleaning and damages.) 

  • Alcohol Without Written Pre-Approval fee: $100 (per studio) for bringing and/or consuming alcohol in the studio without written pre-approval. 

  • Capacity Violations fee: $100 (per studio) for exceeding 10 people per studio space without written pre-approval or for exceeding the maximum capacity of 30 people per studio space, even with written pre-approval.
