STUDIO RULES

Failure to comply with the following rules will result in subjective fees outlined below and/or being banned from using the studio for future use. The studio is protected by 24/7 video surveillance.

To ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all creatives who use our space, we ask that you carefully read and adhere to the following studio rules. By booking or entering the studio, you agree to comply with these terms.
Rental time includes setup, teardown, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly so you're fully out of the space by the end of your scheduled time.
The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
Do not drag furniture or equipment across the floor. Please lift and return everything to its original position.
No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the building.
No alcohol without prior written approval (email: [email protected]).
No pets or animals in the studio.
No open flames, candles, incense, or sparklers.
No glitter, confetti, feathers, or other hard-to-clean materials unless explicitly approved in writing.
No nails, tape, pins, or adhesives may be used on walls, floors, or backdrops.
Nothing may be hung from ceilings or light fixtures.
Let management know immediately about any broken equipment, damage, or maintenance needs.

White Mat Rules

The white mat is a signature feature of Emre Collective Studio. Please respect the following rules:

No food, beverages, cake smashes, or alcohol on the mat. (Shoes with a heel can dig and leave indentions on mat, please ensure it is not going to damage the mat.)
No liquids or props that can stain, spill, or damage the surface.
Any exceptions must receive prior written approval.
Damage or disregard may result in fines or future booking bans.

STUDIO Policies

Full refund only for cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48-hours before the start of a rental.
No refund for cancellation or reschedule request made less than 48-hours before scheduled rental. No refund for VIP hours for cancellation or reschedule request made less than 48 hours before scheduled rental.
There is a 15 min grace period for overtime after which fees will accrue at the applicable rental rate, billed in hourly increments.
Renter is responsible for any damage to Studio property, furniture or equipment that occurs during the time Renter occupied the premises.
EMRE Collective Studios will not be held liable for any personal injury. You are solely responsible for the members of your group and their safety and well being.
Each studio comfortably accommodates up to 30 people at a time. If you wish to have more than 30 people in one studio, please email us at [email protected] to request permission. With approval, the absolute maximum capacity is 20–30 people.
Let management know immediately about any broken equipment, damage, or maintenance needs. We can charge your card accordingly due to damage.

EMRE Co Studio – Terms & Conditions

Responsibility of Renter

The individual who books/rents the studio (“Renter”) is the sole person responsible for the studio during their rental time.

The Renter is liable for any damage to property, equipment, or furnishings caused by themselves or any individuals they bring into the studio.

Guests and Attendees

The Renter is fully responsible for the actions and conduct of all guests, clients, and attendees they invite into the studio.

Injuries & Liability

EMRE Co Studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during your rental.

By entering the studio, you acknowledge you are doing so at your own risk.

Security & Surveillance

The studio is under 24/7 camera surveillance for security purposes. All activity within the space may be monitored and reviewed if needed.

Agreement to Terms

By booking and using EMRE Co Studio, you agree to abide by these terms and accept full responsibility for yourself and your guests.

STUDIO policy fees

If failure to comply with the above rules and policies, you will be notified and auto-charged with the following:

Cleaning Fee: $200.
Damages Fee: Starting at $250 depending on the extent of the damages. (Please note: Smoking or vaping in the studio will result in charges for both cleaning and damages.)
Alcohol Without Written Pre-Approval fee: $100 (per studio) for bringing and/or consuming alcohol in the studio without written pre-approval.
Capacity Violations fee: $100 for exceeding 10 people per studio space without written pre-approval or for exceeding the maximum capacity of 30 people per studio space, even with written pre-approval.

Event's Held at Emre Studio

After much thought and consideration, we’ve decided that Emre Collective Studio will continue to offer the perfect space for your photoshoots, celebrations, and gatherings; however, we will no longer be accommodating tables, chairs, tablecloths, or setup assistance.

guests are welcome to bring their own items if desired.

• Tables, tablecloths, chairs, and setup are available as an add-on rental starting at $175

• Event space capacity: up to 30 guests total (chairs only go up to 30 persons)

• Feel free to bring in your own décor for any photoshoot or event.

• For any missing or damaged studio items, there will be a flat fee of $100 per item (fees may increase depending on the item).

• No same-day bookings — all bookings must be made in advance - any add on hours will be a fee made my management

• Our 72-hour cancellation policy remains in effect.
